Production area
Selected parcels of Val do Salnés, harvested by hand in the parish of Sant Martí de Meis. Grapes from sustainable production farms.
Winemaking
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes when the grapes reach the perfect point of ripening. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must obtained is left to rest and the sludge is removed by gravity. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine remains with the fine lees until bottling to maintain maximum freshness and the desired balance.
Tasting note
Smelling phase
High aromatic intensity, where the primary aromas from the grapes harvested in the plots owned by the author of this wine, influenced by the climate of the Atlantic Ocean, stand out in the still glass. Thus, from this amalgamation, aromas of stone fruits, green apple and white flowers emerge.
Visual phase
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections of medium intensity, clean and bright.
Taste phase
On the palate it is a wine with a silky and delicate entry, unctuous, round, which stands out for its elegant body. It is very well balanced in its alcohol - sugar - acidity relationship. It has a great structure so its persistence is intensified, recalling the olfactory phase in the aftertaste.
