Sustainable winemaking and controlled production
Over 30-year-old vines, grown on granite soils with gravel, sand and clay deposits. The trellis system that is used avoids too much moisture, aerating the vines grown in several small fields in Val do Salnés under the Rías Baixas designation of origin.
