Production area
Small plantations, with vines from 20 to 30 years old, located in Cambados, Sisán and Barrantes, on the banks of the Ría de Arousa, in the Val do Salnés.
Winemaking
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes when the Albariño grapes reach their perfect point of ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C for 21 days in stainless steel tanks. The next process is cold stabilization, subjecting the wine to ‐5 °C in an isothermal tank for a week. The wine comes out of the cold, is tangentially filtered, amicróbic and then bottled.
Tasting note
Smelling phase
Medium - high intensity. Aromas of herbs, citrus, tropical fruits and green apple.
Visual phase
Straw yellow color with greenish tones. Clean and bright.
Taste phase
Good acidity, round, fatty and with lots of fruit.
